Charlie actually inherited my listing when my realtor was injured and unable to work. By the time Charlie took the listing, I had already moved cross-country leaving my house unfurnished and uninhabited. Over the months that followed Charlie did a lot of long distance hand holding and consoling until my house was sold. He oversaw repairs after a heating pipe burst and did substantial damage. He even staged my house to make it more appealing to potential buyers. His advice reagarding pricing was invaluable in a very difficult market. It was wonderful that I didn't have to return to Delaware for closing because Charlie arranged for the entire closing process be done via email and FedEx. It was a smooth transition thanks to Charlie's diligence.

He gave great tips on small repairs and ways to make the house stand out and was able to connect us with contractors for the things we couldn’t do on our own like electrical work and staging. His market research, planning and listing strategy was above and beyond what we could ask for and helped immensely since this was our first time selling. His willingness to help, knowledge of the industry/market, and transparency throughout our time working with him are a few things that really stood out to us. Prior to listing our home for sale Charlie performed a walkthrough and provided us with a short, but important list of repairs and touch ups to complete to help maximize our return. With Charlie’s guidance we listed our house for a price we felt would be competitive, and would drive traffic. We ultimately ended up selling for well over asking. When looking for our new home Charlie kept a very close eye on the market, and provided us with multiple options per week. When touring potential homes Charlie was very accommodating of our schedule, and he made sure to be as efficient with our time as possible ensuring we had enough time at each house while enabling us to see multiple properties each day. With each home we visited Charlie would gain more insight into our tastes and he would further refine his list. When we found our new home Charlie was very thorough in walking us through to ensure it met all of our needs. Generally this is where my review would end, however Charlie went above and beyond yet again. Throughout our meetings and showings I had mentioned the need for a lawn tractor and a generator. If I can sum up my review in a few words I would say that Charlie is a professional who will make you feel comfortable and confident throughout both the sales and purchasing processes.
